MUSE @ Teignmouth
On the 4th and 5th of September 2009 the mighty Muse returned to Teignmouth to "kick off" there world Tour and to celebrate the launch of there 5th album - The Resistance.
Teignmouth Seafront and the "Den" was transformed in just under a week into an outdoor arena with a capacity of almost 10000 people.
The trio consists of: Matthew Bellamy (Vocals, Guitar, Keyboard, Lyrics) Christopher Wolstenholme (Bass, Backing Vocals) Dominic Howard (Drums, Percussions)
They met in Teignmouth in the early 90`s and decided to return to there roots for the 2 concerts dubbed " A Seaside Rendezvous".
The trio where supported by local band the Quails on the Friday night and on the Saturday night Radio One DJ Zane Lowe started the night with a breathtaking set based on the theme "Resistance", Zane was followed by another local band - The Sea.
Teignmouths finest started there set with a new anthem, The Uprising, the first song there latest album.
